(A) Purpose: The purpose of these regulations is to standardize actions to be taken by the city of Savanna and the county of Carroll as a result of increased terrorist levels within the United States and the state of Illinois.
(B) Guidelines: The guidelines attached as exhibit A to the ordinance codified herein prepared by the Illinois terrorism task force related to the implementation of the state of Illinois homeland security advisory system are hereby adopted. (Ord. 1711, 3-11-2003)
