It shall be unlawful for any unlicensed traveling circus, carnival, menagerie, sideshow, medicine show, minstrel show and any and all other traveling exhibitions, performances and entertainments from outside the city to give, conduct, produce, present or offer any exhibition, performance or entertainment in or upon any public street, alley or other public place within the corporate limits of the city.
