5-3-2: FIREWORKS UNLAWFUL:

It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, use, display, ignite, sell or offer for sale any fireworks, firecrackers, torpedoes, Roman candles, sky rockets, cap pistols or other pyrotechnics within the city.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or keep with intent to sell explosive compounds for use as rocket fuels. (1977 Code)
