Each owner of real estate located within the city and each realtor who manages real estate located within the city or each owner's and each managing realtor's agent or trustee shall keep a list of the occupants of buildings which they own or act as manager of and which are located within the city. The list shall contain the names and addresses of the present tenants, lessees, renters and occupants and the names and number of total occupants associated with each building. Upon request, the list shall be made available to the officers of the city. (1977 Code)
