All businesses operating pursuant to this chapter must have installed operable video cameras which shall be situated so as to videotape all areas of the facility open to the public. Said video systems must be operable and must video record all activities within the facility during open hours. Said videos must then be held for thirty (30) days after which time they can be destroyed. (Ord. 1792, 5-10-2005)
