3-4-4-8: POLICE ASSISTANCE:

It shall be the duty of the police to assist the health officer in serving any and all notices which he may issue hereunder, and to report to him any violation hereof, and to aid in every necessary manner in the enforcement of these health regulations. (1977 Code)
