No person shall own, promote, operate, conduct, manage or sponsor any amusement not specifically licensed elsewhere in this chapter without first having obtained a license therefor. No person shall own, lease or maintain a coin operated amusement device for public use without first having obtained a license therefor. (1977 Code)
