Unless otherwise expressly stated, the following word or term for purposes of this chapter, shall have the meaning indicated in this section:
COIN OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICE: Any mechanical amusement device or equipment, the operation of which is governed by or controlled by the deposit of a coin, token or slug, including, without being limited to, any such device or equipment capable of reproducing musical sounds. (1977 Code)
