§ 60.14 QUALIFICATION AND CERTIFICATION OF AN INDIVIDUAL TO INSPECT AND MAINTAIN A BACKFLOW PREVENTION ASSEMBLY.

Any person testing, repairing or installing a backflow prevention device shall have current certification to do so by the Ventura County Environmental Health Division and must also possess a current City of Santa Paula business license.
