§ 34.12 EXPENDITURES.
   Any expenditure made in connection with emergency activities, including mutual aid activities, shall be deemed conclusively to be for the direct protection and benefit of the inhabitants and property of the City of Santa Paula.

§ 34.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any provision of § 34.09 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not to exceed $1,000, or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or both.
