§ 16.110.070 CONTINUATION AND MAINTENANCE.
   A nonconforming non-residential use, structure, or lot may continue to be used until such time it is required to be abated provided no alterations, expansions, or modifications of area or use are made, except as otherwise permitted by this chapter.
