§ 16.230.070 FINES AND PENALTIES.

A permittee who violates any of the performance standards listed in § 16.230.050 above or any permit conditions may be subject to fines as established by resolution of the City Council and/or permit revocation pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 16.206 of this Title 16.
