§ 16.85.220 MODIFICATION OF RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.
   The City Council can modify the development standards on residential condominium projects or residential condominium conversion projects through the conditional use permit if, based upon substantial evidence, the City Council finds that the modification will not be materially detrimental to the proposed residents of the projects or to residents of surrounding properties; the modification is not materially detrimental to public health or safety; and that the modification helps implement the goals of the General Plan.
