§ 16.85.120 RIGHT TO PURCHASE - RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM CONVERSIONS.
   Pursuant to Cal. Gov't. Code § 66427.1, the subdivider must provide each tenant notice of an exclusive right to contract for the purchase of his or her respective unit upon the same terms and conditions that such unit will be initially offered to the general public.
