(A) Notice to the tenants within a proposed condominium or cooperative conversion must be as provided in Cal. Gov't Code § 66427.1. The subdivider is responsible for any costs involved in complying with the provisions of this division. Conversion of a mobile home park to another use will require compliance with Cal. Gov't Code § 66427.4.
(B) Written notices must also be mailed to each tenant residing in the project not less than ten days before the public hearing on the conditional use permit.
