(A) All residential condominiums must meet the standards for residential dwellings within the zone the project is proposed, or in the case of a conversion, where it exists, except as may be modified by this Development Code or through the conditional use permit.
(B) In multi-family zones, the project must meet the common and private usable open space requirements of the underlying zone.
