§ 16.74.010 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUIRED.
   A Conditional Use Permit, obtained pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 16.218 of this Title 16, will be required for the establishment of any vending machine. This requirement will not apply to any vending machine established prior to the effective date of this section, or that will be located within a completely enclosed building. (Ord. 1100, passed 7-6-04)
