Recycling facilities as defined in § 16.05.190 of this Title 16 must obtain permits for operation as set forth in Table 70-1 and as subject to the land use regulations for specific zone districts set forth in Chapters 16.07 through 16.33 (Zoning Districts, Land Use Regulations and Development Standards) of this Title 16.
