(A) The maximum permitted driveway slope will be 20%.
(B) No driveway, or portion thereof, may have a dip, hump, or other surface irregularity that has an angle of approach or departure exceeding 10%.
(C) All driveways must be designed and constructed to allow for the passage of emergency vehicles with a wheelbase of at least 244 inches and a clearance height of at least 11 inches, except as provided in subsection (D) below.
(D) Any driveway rising up to a public right-of-way must have a transition section at least 14 feet in length with a slope not exceeding 5%, ending at the property line (or ultimate street line established in the General Plan).
