§ 16.29.020 LAND USE REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Permitted uses. In addition to uses permitted in the underlying zone, the following uses are permitted:
      (1)   Tourist-oriented commercial uses where the underlying zone is commercial or industrial in nature.
      (2)   Hiking, biking, and similar recreational trails.
   (B)   Conditional uses. In addition to uses permitted in the underlying zone, the following use(s) may be permitted subject to Conditional Use Permit review pursuant to Chapter 16.218 (Conditional Use Permits) of this Title 16:
      (1)   Train station.
