(A) The Railroad (RR) overlay zone is to provide for additional property maintenance standards and use regulations on those properties adjacent to railroad rights-of-way used for both freight, commercial passenger, and tourist-oriented rail travel.
(B) The (RR) overlay zone may be used only in conjunction with an underlying zone.
(C) The boundaries of the (RR) overlay correspond to the boundaries of the railroad corridor, as identified in the City of Santa Paula Land Use Element, which is 100 feet wide, with 50 feet on each side of the centerline of the track. This area is approximately 200 feet wide adjacent to Santa Paula Depot between Davis Street and Ojai Street.
