The provisions of this chapter will apply to the three airport zones. Two of the zones are overlays and therefore, in the event that these restrictions conflict with the underlying zone, the more restrictive provisions will apply. In the event that a lot or parcel of land is located partly within an overlay zone, the restrictions applicable to such overlay zone will apply to the part of the lot or parcel located within the overlay zone.
