§ 16.13.414 REFUND OF FEES.
   A pro-rata refund of the following fees for each of the inclusionary units in the residential development will be granted to an applicant upon the affordable housing agreement being recorded:
   (A)   Design review fee; and
   (B)   Growth management allocation process fee.
