§ 154.01 PURPOSE; ADMINISTRATION.
   The purpose of this chapter is to provide minimum standards to protect life, limb, health, property and public welfare by regulating and controlling the design, construction, quality and materials and fencing of swimming pools and bodies of water. The Building Official is designated as the administrator of this chapter.
