§ 130.17 PLAYING OF CERTAIN GAMES UNLAWFUL.

It is unlawful for any person to play or bet at any game not mentioned in Cal. Penal Code §§ 330, 330a and 337a, which is played, conducted or carried on with cards, dice or other device for money, checks, chips, credit or any other representation of value at any place within the corporate limits of the city.
