§ 123.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GARAGE SALE and YARD SALE. A sale of personal property owned or used previously by an individual residing on the premises where the sale is conducted by such resident. The terms shall not include the mere incidental sale of one or two items of personal property when such sale is not part of a general sale of a number of items of personal property.
