In addition to the information required by this chapter, every applicant for a block party will include the following information:
(A) The number of occupied houses within the proposed block party boundaries;
(B) A drawing of the street layout, block party boundaries and proposed barricades; and
(C) The written consent for the block party of at least two thirds of the property owners/residents on the street within the affected area. The petition must clearly state the time, date, place and sponsor of the event. The name, address, telephone and signature of the persons giving consent must be included.
