All or any part of a use or the condition of any property, including, without limitation, any use, or improvement, found to constitute a public nuisance, will be abated by rehabilitation, demolition, repair, cessation of use or a combination thereof, or in another manner as designated in a nuisance abatement order, which is reasonably required to abate the public nuisance, pursuant to the procedures set forth in this division.
