§ 94.20 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is otherwise provided is guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Any person failing to remove graffiti within the prescribed time period is guilty of an infraction and may be punished with a fine of $100 for a first conviction, $300 for the second conviction, and $500 for each subsequent violation.
