§ 14.32 RIGHT TO JUDICIAL REVIEW.
   (A)   A citee may appeal the hearing officer’s decision by filing an appeal with the Superior Court pursuant to Cal. Gov’t Code § 53069.4, or any successor statute, within 20 days from service of the hearing officer’s decision.
   (B)   Should the citee file a timely appeal with the Superior Court, the requirement to pay the fine is suspended and the payment of the fine, if any, will be in accordance with the Superior Court decision.
