§ 14.01 PURPOSE.
   This chapter is adopted pursuant to the city’s police powers and Cal. Gov’t Code § 53069.4 for the purpose of making any violation of the Santa Paula Municipal Code subject to an administrative fine and to set forth the procedures for the imposition and collection of fines.
