(A) Unless otherwise provided, of members first appointed to a committee, two will be appointed for a term of one year, two will be appointed for a term of two years, and one will be appointed for a three year term. Succeeding members will be appointed for terms of four years. The secretary’s term may be designated by the City Manager.
(B) Unless otherwise provided, all committee members will serve until a successor is qualified and appointed.
