§ 155.094 SETBACKS.
   (A)   Setbacks. Buildings shall be set back a minimum of 15 feet from the property line. A minimum of 50% of ground-floor building frontage shall be placed at or within five feet of the front setback.
   (B)   Landscaping. All setbacks shall be landscaped with the exception of driveways and pedestrian paths.
