3.04.160: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any firm, corporation, person, or persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed two hundred ninety nine dollars ($299.00) or imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both, at the discretion of the court.
