It is unlawful for any person to take down, remove, damage, obstruct, displace, destroy or otherwise interfere with any power line or equipment or any part thereof, or to sever or damage any wire or cable thereof, or in any manner to interrupt the transmission of electricity along such line, or damage in any manner whatsoever any building or structure or machinery connected therewith.
