A. Any person violating the provisions of this title, either by failing to do those acts required herein or by doing any act prohibited herein, shall be subject to the following:
1. A class C infraction, unless expressly stated otherwise herein;
2. Restitution of the cost of all damages incurred by anyone whose person, property or animal has been injured or destroyed by a dog or other animal.
B. In addition to any other remedies available at law or equity, penalties for violations of this title may be pursued under the city's administrative code enforcement program.
C. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2015-16)
