A. The director, or his designee, shall establish and update, from time to time, written policies and procedures which implement the provisions of this title and which govern the administration of the animal shelter.
B. The director, or his designee, shall also establish and update, from time to time, written guidelines concerning volunteer opportunities available at or through the animal shelter. (Ord. 2015-16)
