Any person who shall permit or allow the conditions described in this chapter to exist upon his lot or other premises in the city, or any person who shall, after having been notified in writing to correct, remedy or remove a condition so described within thirty (30) days and who shall fail to correct, remedy or remove such condition, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be fined up to two hundred dollars ($200.00) for said violation.
