4-3-7: PENALTY:
Violators of this chapter shall be issued a citation and upon conviction for such violation be assessed a penalty of not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) nor more than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). (Ord. 050916, 5-9-2016)
