Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), and each and every day's violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. In case the owner or occupant of any lot, lots, or premises under the provisions of this chapter shall be a corporation and shall violate any provisions hereof, the president, vice president, secretary and treasurer of such corporation shall also be severally liable for the penalties herein provided.
