3-2-5: PENALTY:
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00). (Ord. 101209-2, 10-12-2009)
