The provisions contained in the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, so far as same are applicable to the city, and regulating the sale of beer and wine, are hereby adopted and shall be applicable to the city in regulating the sale of beer and wine in the city limits. (Ord. 101209-2, 10-12-2009)
