3-1-8: NONASSIGNMENT OF PERMIT:
A permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall not be assignable and shall not authorize more than one person to engage in the occupation of peddler, itinerant merchant, transient vendor, or solicitor, etc., within the city. (2016 Code)
