A. For every application, there will be an investigation charge of twenty five dollars ($25.00), and this is a nonrefundable fee.
B. Any person who is required to obtain a permit by the provisions of this chapter may apply for a thirty (30) day permit, and when said is issued to any such person, the applicant shall pay to the city secretary a permit fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per month. All such fees shall be used to defray part of the expense of administration and enforcement of this chapter.
C. No permit issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be issued for a longer period than twelve (12) months. (2016 Code)
