6-1-6: JAKE BRAKES PROHIBITED:
No device, commonly known as a Jacob's engine brake or engine retarder or engine brake, shall be operated within the city limits. Any person violating this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each such violation shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 081213-3, 8-12-2013)
