It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or suffer or permit to be kept at or upon any premises owned, controlled or occupied by such person in the city any dog run or any other place where animals or pets are kept in a foul, offensive, noxious or filthy condition. No dog run shall be placed within thirty five feet (35') of any adjoining dwelling house. (Ord. 973, 2-20-1990; amd. 1994 Code)
