Except as hereinafter provided, the Los Angeles County Appendix J Standards Code, 2019 Edition, as published by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works, is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein as though fully set forth herein and shall constitute the Los Angeles County Appendix J Grading Standards Code of the City. A copy of said Code shall be located in the Planning and Building Department and shall be, at all times, maintained by the Planning and Building Department for use and examination by the public.
