The official Seal of the City of San Marino shall be in the form of a gold, heart-shaped scroll with two (2) roundels and a lozenge at the top. The seal shall contain three (3) towers capped with a red plume set forth against a blue background. Underneath the left side is a palm frond and underneath the right side, a branch from an orange tree. A true and complete copy of the revised seal is depicted below:
