25.01.05: PROPERTY OWNER RESPONSIBLE:

The property owner or occupant of any property at which a violation of this chapter shall occur shall be responsible for and liable for charges provided for in section 25.01.04 of this article. (Ord. 092-1015, 6-10-1992; amd. Ord. 097-1107, 9-10-1997; Ord. 0-18-1335, 4-11-2018)
