Corner lots in area districts V, VI and VII shall not have a maximum lot coverage and maximum livable area in area districts V, VI, and VII which are more than ninety percent (90%) of the maximum amounts permitted under sections 23.02.10 and 23.02.11 of this article, without first having obtained a conditional use permit.
